This notice describes how Ready-Set Solutions handles information submitted through this website. We aim to collect only what is needed to answer service inquiries, prepare quotes, and schedule work.
This website's contact form does not request project-photo uploads. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, medical information, government identifiers, private keys, access tokens, or other highly sensitive information.
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand the requested work, provide estimates, schedule service, maintain ordinary business records, and improve our service. We use contact information for promotional messages only when you choose the optional marketing checkbox or otherwise request those communications.
The contact form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery provider, and then sent to the Ready-Set Solutions business mailbox. FormSubmit states in its documentation that form submissions are retained for 30 days. Their service has its own privacy practices and security controls.

Ready-Set Solutions keeps inquiry and service records only as long as reasonably needed for the requested service, business administration, accounting, dispute prevention, or applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information that is no longer needed, subject to records we must retain.
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no website, email service, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send secrets or highly sensitive information through the public contact form.
